Follow-up inspection to inspection report #JMAA-B8WVVR. - It was discussed with the manager that there must be a designated clean area for the trays - All trays need to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized at the end of the day. Management will make it clear to all staff that under no circumstances are soiled trays to be left overnight **Obtain an additional sanitizer spray bottle for the bread cutting portion of the bakery**. Spray bottles were placed on order at time of inspection Thank you for your co-operation.
