General sanitation is good. No signs of pests. Pest control plan in place - reports available for review. All hand sinks are stocked with soap and paper towels. Staff washrooms are kept clean. Staff lunch room is kept clean and cooler/freezer is operational. The loading bay also has a cold storage operating at 4 degrees C. The freezer storages are both operating at -18 degrees C or less.
