Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Small volumes of chicken stock, garlic butter and eggs were once again left out on the counter at room temperature, despite the restaurant not serving food at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Moved to cooler during inspection. Ensure these are kept in an ice bath if you wish to leave them out on the countertop. Ensure ice water covers at least halfway up the sides of any containers these are stored in, to adequately cool the food. Do not store perishable items at room temperature for more than 2 hours.

*Follow-up inspection conducted for issues listed in last report.
*Fruit flies have been reduced in number. Ensure traps are kept in place, and that sanitation is strictly maintained for floors, walls and any areas where drinks or food may spill. Consult professional pest control contractors if problem persists or worsens.
*Ice machine has been thoroughly cleaned. Continue to clean and sanitize this machine on a regular schedule.
*Latex gloves have been removed from the kitchen. Continue to use only nitrile, poly or vinyl gloves for direct food handling.
*Thermometer in line cooler replaced during inspection.
*Soap replaced at bar hand sink.
*Plates stored away from soap dispenser in pizza prep area.
*Dusty areas under pizza prep cooler have been cleaned.
