Follow up inspection to MTRG- AEAUE8 The following deficiencies have been corrected: - Droppings within facility (in some corners of facility and along perimeter of walls) have been removed - All entry points within facility have been plugged up and sealed - All garage seals/sweeps will been replaced within facility - All maintenance equipment, tools, oil are now stored away from food preparation areas - Facility has undergone deep cleaning - All walls in facility been cleaned with bleach solution - All baseboards have been scrubbed down Notes: - Floors getting cleaned/polished this afternoon - Walls will all be painted - Pest control documentation will begin when production starts up again in spring - No food preparation is happening at this time
