A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Cooler was 3C; thermometer present; and temperatures electronically monitored.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer was 200ppm.
- General sanitation is good. No signs of pests.
- Foods stored in groups to separate the different types of proteins (poultry, seafood, beef, pork, etc.).
- Only packaging and labeling of products being done on-site.
- All in order.
