Premise not in use at the time of inspection. Premise is sanitary. No signs of pests. Hot and cold water available. Hand sink with liquid soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water. Glass cooler at 3.5C ambient temperature. Temperature monitoring in use. Equipment in good working order. Dry storage is adequate. Janitorial sink and chemical storage satisfactory. Quat disinfectant at 200 ppm in spray bottle. Chlorine disinfectant at 200 ppm in use. Chemical labels on sanitizer in use. Note: Be careful not to mix quat and chlorine solution together in the wrong bottle as it can be a chemical hazard. Facility in compliance.
