Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer bucket at server station measured 0ppm for chlorine sanitizer.
Corrective Action: Chlorine sanitizer was changed at time of inspection and measured at 100ppm. Sanitizer must be maintained at 100ppm. Sanitizer must be maintained at 100ppm concentration to properly sanitize food contact surfaces.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No pump soap was available at server handsink. Only closed liquid soap refill bottle was available.
Corrective Action: Adequate handsinks must be provided with liquid soap that can be easily used / accessed by staff so they can properly wash their hands.
Pump soap purchased at time of inspection.

Observation: (1) Ice machine had visible debris buildup / mildew on condenser.
Corrective Action: Ice machine must be washed and sanitized to prevent contamination to ice, which is a food item. Monitor sanitation of ice machine and clean when necessary.
