Coolers at 4 degrees C or less.
Coolers equipped with thermometers.
Food is protected from potential contamination.
Hand washing sinks (including staff washroom) are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
Staff member on site observed to be properly washing hands at time of inspection.
Three compartment sink supplied with sink plugs, hot and cold running water, detergent and sanitizer.
Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer measured at 200 ppm in buckets and from dispenser.
Dry storage area well maintained.
Staff personal belongings stored in area away from food.
No signs of pest activity at time of inspection.
