Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # 224807 of Jun-21-2016 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (1) Staff observed to hand wash dishes without adequately sanitizing dishes. - Corrected during inspection. 2) Facility lacks sanitizer solution while open - Corrected during inspection. - facility must have a sanitizer solution available for use throughout the day. - Information sheet provided in English & Vietnamese 3) Dishwasher malfunctioning - - facility has not been checking concentration of dishwasher. - obtain test strips to check chlorine levels - ask dishwasher technician - have dishwasher repaired such that chlorine levels of >=50 ppm are maintained. - post "MANUAL DISHWASHING METHOD" information sheets.
