Comments

The following were discussed and needed your attention and follow up:

1. 6 children's files were reviewed. They appeared well organized and complete except that the first and second page of a registration form was found missing from one of the children's files. Please ensure that the registration forms are complete and kept in files.

2. The proper dishwashing method was reviewed and discussed. Please ensure that the dishes are clean and sanitized in this order: 1. wash 2. rinse 3. sanitize 4. air dry. You have a choice of using the chemical (i.e. bleach) or hot water to sanitize the dishes.

3. Please ensure you have obtained all the children's required information (i.e. registration form, emergency consent form and photo etc) including the drop in children.

There was no contraventions noted during the inspection. Thank you for maintaining the facility in compliance.
