-Follow up Inspection
-Papertowels have been provided at all handwash stations
-3 compartment sink has been installed with air drying rack above and working drain plugs
-Coolers measured 4C or less: prep and walk in
-Foods were discarded and are not on site
-Chest freezer cleaned and measured -18C or less
-Pizza warmer measures above 60C
-Thermometers present in refrigeration units
-Washroom sink draining properly
-Shift schedule and food safe certificates are still to be provided. Operator will email.
-Seal the hole behind the boiler to prevent rat entry
-Clean up old rat droppings in corner of boiler room
-Garbage bags have been removed
-Clean off grease from ventilation hood
-Further cleaning is needed in corners of baseboards and walls
-Reclean and sanitize all utensils, dishes, and equipment with the 3 compartment sink method. Follow the 3 compartment sink chart.
-Permit to operate to be posted. Operator sent in replacement form today.
