Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Both containers of bleach sanitizer measured 0 ppm.
2. High temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature could only reach 58C
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure 100 ppm bleach sanitizer is available at areas of food prep. This can be prepared by mixing 1/2 teaspoon unscented household bleach with 1L clean fresh water.
2. Do not use the dishwasher for washing equipment until approval has been granted by the health inspector.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One of the hand washing stations was obstructed by a large metal bowl.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the bowl. Do not store any equipment in the hand washing station. Hand washing stations must be clear of obstructions to allow to proper hand washing. Date to be corrected by: Immediately

2. Repair the dishwasher so it is able to reach 71C at the plate level (82C at the temperature gauge)
