Routine inspection was conducted. High temperature dishwasher was measured at 74.9C at the plate level. Handsink was fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towel. Coolers and freezers were measured at 4C or below and -18C, respectively. QUAT sanitizer buckets were available and measured at 200ppm.
