Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Ice bin of ice machine is dirty and has visible mold/slime.)
Comments

-Exhaust canopy has been cleaned. Regular maintenance is every 3 months and now staff are cleaning removable filters once per week.
-The majority of the mouse droppings had been cleaned up. Remaining droppings were noted under the sink in the noodle prep area which were cleaned at the time of the inspection. Small gap between wall and floor noted. Operator to have gap sealed to prevent access. Operator reported Pest Control contract with service 3 times/month. Operator emailed/submitted reports from last three visits. Continue to monitor and clean up any droppings immediately.
-Ice machine basin has been cleaned/sanitized. Operator reported ice machine is being replaced.
-Storage room has been cleaned. All items are stored off of the floor. Continue to keep floor areas clear to facilitate cleaning and monitoring for pest issues.
