Routine inspection:
-Preparation cooler food temperature measured 4C, air temperature measured 0.2C.
-Walk-in cooler temperature measured 2.6C.
-Undercounter cooler measured 3C.
-Drink display cooler measured 4C.
-1 Walk-in freezer temperature measured -16C and -14C.
-Hot holding units food temperature measured 6C or above.
-Milk and cream dispenser temperature measured 4C or under.
-High temperature dishwasher temperature measured 79C at the plate surface. Temperature gauge at final rinsing cycle showed over 180F.
-QUAT sanitizer dispenser and wiping cloth buckets measured 200ppm.
-Wiping cloth is kept in the sanitizer bucket when not in use.
-Hand sinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
-Staff and customer washrooms sanitation are satisfactory.
-General sanitation is satisfactory, no evidence of pest observed during inspection.
-Ice machine is clean, scoop is in the holder, no black mildew observed.
-COVID 19 safety plan is kept on-site and implemented physical distancing is maintained between customers and hand sanitizer is provided for customers.
-Tempature logs for refrigeration units and hot holding units are well maintained and available to review.
-Operator had Food Safe trained.
-Permit is posted at the front area.
