Observation: Rodent droppings observed on floors along the perimeter of the kitchen as well as on some shelving and bins.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all rodent droppings and sanitize affect surfaces with bleach sanitizer. Contact pest control and arrange for monthly service. Keep service reports on-site for review. Clean and sanitize food contact surfaces every morning before beginning food prep. Correct as soon as possible.
