Comments

Follow up to report # MBEK-CRATVL.
Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm in labeled spray bottles.
Front hand washing station noted on previous routine health inspection report has not been fixed; violation 308 outstanding. Owner stated that replacement parts for sink model are obsolete and owner is currently in the process of obtaining an appropriate replacement hand washing station that fits in the current sink location. In the interim, hot and cold running water must always be turned on and available at the current front hand washing station during operating hours (in addition to liquid soap and paper towels--available). Failure to keep sink properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels may result in enforcement action (i.e. issuance of violation ticket).
Owner to contact Environmental Health Officer to provide updates.
