Follow up to report MBEK-CSAVQG. - Area with droppings noted on previous report has been cleaned. - Quats sanitizer at 200 ppm. The following remains outstanding: It was stated that bar glasswasher has been serviced. Staff on site unable to provide copy of service report or invoice at time of inspection. Bar glasswasher rinse residual remains at 10 ppm chlorine. Glasswasher chlorine sanitizer line was primed during the inspection and the sanitizer residual at the utensil surface reached 50 ppm chlorine or more; however it dropped back to 10 ppm chlorine after a few minutes. Continue to refrain from using the bar glasswasher. Have glasswasher re-serviced. Follow up to be conducted May 31, 2023.
