- kitchen sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine
- ice machine appears sanitary; ice scoop stored up and out of ice
- meat slicer appears sanitary
- dishwasher reached 71C - waterproof thermometer available
- cooling noted with ice wands (extra ice wand in freezer): soups were all >60C
