Corrective Action(s): Wipe down frequently throughout the day during operation, use a bleach/water solution to sanitize (one ounce blech to one gallon water concentration)

Observation:
Clutter of items observed along edges on doughnut table between wall and table.
Build up of flour and food debris observed along wall/floor perimeter, in dishpit area flour (black build up throughout dish pit area)
Corrective Action(s): Remove items dropped into the space behind doughnut table to be able to monitor for any pest activity
Clean floor along walls, any food debris, even flour can attract pests

Observation: Debris observed on floors throughout facility, especially in dish pit, under tables and equipment and along perimeter of wall/floor
Corrective Action(s): Thouroughly clean the above noted areas, include as part of a routine cleaning plan. This plan may require adjusting to increase frequency of cleaning. Operator noted the flooring in dish pit is affecting the ability for staff to properly clean up flour, flooring/surfaces must be "smooth, non porous and easily cleanable"
