Observation: Evidence of rodent infestation at facility:
- three dead rodents found in traps
- chewed packaging materials found
- rodent droppings observe in front of facility.

Increase cleaning of lower shelves and floors
NOTE: many snap traps have been sprung. These traps are not always the best as they are easily sprung by cleaning. Discuss with Pest Control. Glue boards and tin cat type traps might be more suitable for these areas. Discuss with Pest Control Services.

Observation: Cleaning required due to rodent infestation:
- Dried bread crumbs observed on shelves in bakery department in back area
- Partially eaten peanuts in back area on shelves
- Flashing on lower portion of shelving in front of facility is missing in aisles 1, 3, and 6
- Food debris found on floor under bulk food bins
- Chewed packaging bits found on lower shelves of chips, bulk and sunflower seeds (front aisles)
- Rodent droppings found on lower shelf of pasta aisle

Corrective Action(s): Clean the above areas. Use 200 ppm Chlorine or QUAT sanitizer for affected areas.
Discuss more thorough cleaning with janitorial staff. Floors under aisles require more deep cleaning.
