All coolers measured were 4C or colder (main kitchen as well as servery kitchens) Freezers were less than -18C Dishwasher final rinse measured 71C at dish surface 200ppm quat sanitizer available at dispenser and in kitchen ** 2 bottles of quats sanitizer in servery kitchens contained no detectable level of sanitizer (primrose and 2nd floor servery). Spray bottles were removed - please have dietary staff refill the sanitizers from the dispenser in the kitchen. Contents of bottles should be changed at least weekly. General sanitation in kitchen and serving areas is good Handsinks were supplied with soap and paper towels Temperature logs are up to date
