New floor (painted) in walk-in cooler - some deterioration noted. Operator planning to redo, or have the contractor redo it. OK. Still, looks better. Cooling units all measured less than 4 C. Freezers at less than -18 C. Quats in spray bottles all at 200 ppm. Ensure bleach in sinks is changed evry 2 hours. Do not let it extend for the day. General sanitation ok at time of inspection.
