All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 72 C at the plate level. Bleach spray bottle was at 100 ppm. Discussed FoodSafe requirements during the inspection. General sanitation was satisfactory.
