Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and sanitize all aspects of the nail stations. Ensure all work stations are maintained in a sanitary condition. Correct by Friday December 13, 2019. Routine inspection: Waxing: All wax sticks and strips single use. Treatment bed paper liner single use. Laundry services done onsite. Paraffin wax dispensed into single use plastic bags and discarded after use. Facials: No semi critical implements used. Eyelash extensions and eye brow tinting: Warning labels on glue and tinting products. Tweezers used to place extensions disinfected PRempt CS20 solution. Both services done by trained individual only. Manicure/pedicure: Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. PREempt CS20 (expiry date June 10, 2020) solution available for use in soaking jar for disinfecting semi critical nail implements. All files, sanding blocks, buffers, toe spacers, etc. single use. Pedicure tub lined with a plastic lag that is discarded after use. Reminder to wipe down the pedicure tub with a 1000ppm bleach solution after use. Credo blades single use and discarded into available sharps container.
