- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Warmers operating above 60'C.
NOTE: Ensure to have the rice warmer in kitchen operating at 60'C or above prior to storing food.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 77.3'C at plate level after final rinse.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
- No evidence of pest observed in kitchen/front servery areas.
