Comments

Note: Kitchen not in use at the time of the inspection.
- General sanitation is satisfactory. See violation section.
- Handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Sanitizer available at 200ppm QUAT solution.
- Dry storage area has adequate space. All boxes and food items must be stored min 6inches (15cm) off the floor to facilitate cleaning.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. The operator implements pest control system.
- Could not verify FOODSAFE certification. Ensure that at least one FOODSAFE trained staff is on duty at all times.

Temperature control:
- All coolers = 4C
- Chest freezers = 4C

Recommendation:
- Use coolers to transport cold foods and ensure that temperature maintains < or = 4C for refrigerated foods.
- Use warming bags for hot foods. Ensure temperature maintains > 60C.
