Name change from Southside Community Church to The Neighbourhood Church; legal owner is still the same, Application submitted - handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - facility not in service at time of inspection: service is only Wednesday evening and Thursday mornings - bleach sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine - fridge/freezer: 4C/-17C - no major signs of pest infestation - keep monitoring and contact professional pest control if issue arises ** food safety plan updated to add premade frozen foods from approved supplier - reheating only for days of service (Wednesday evening and Thursday morning) ** for any future expansions - ensure to submit floor plans to Fraser Health for review
