-Follow-up inspection to initial inspection conducted on June 29, 2021. -Dishwasher has been hooked up to appropriate chemicals (detergent & rinse aid). Rinse cycle reached 73C at the dish surface. -Both hand sinks properly supplied with liquid soap & paper towels, and hot & cold running water. -All coolers & freezers equipped with separate, accurate thermometers. -Chlorine test strips available for monitoring bleach sanitizer concentration. -Baseboards and floor junction shave been properly sealed & finished. -No baited mouse traps onsite - good. -Holes in walls have been sealed. -Permit fee of $112.50 (cheque) received at time of inspection. **Health approval to operate is granted at this time.
