Hand sink equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Scoop stored in bleach solution (approx 200 ppm) and then rinsed prior to use for scooping. Ice cream freezer at -13 C. Cover ice cream cones at night by using food grade wrapping/bags/container. New staff on site - do not have FOODSAFE training but plan to take it within the next 3 months.
