Observation:
Dead field mouse found in a sticky trap under the 3-compartment sink. Assistant manager informed that the store has been having some pest issues lately and that pest control has been coming in regularly. No damage found from pests, no dropping and no harborage areas found at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s):
Continue to follow recommendations provided by the pest control company.

All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Freezer maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
Temperature logs maintained.
Cooking temperature logs maintained for rotisserie chicken.
3-compartment sinks available for manual warewashing.
- Sink plugs available.
- QUAT sanitizer at dispensers = 400 ppm.
QUAT sanitizer in spray bottles = 200 ppm.
Meat slicer cleaned and sanitized every 2-3 hours.
