Routine Inspection: Hand washing station fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Cooler temperature = 1.4 degrees Celsius. Chest freezer temperature = -33.8 degrees Celsius. Chlorine (bleach) sanitizer in spray bottle = 200 ppm. Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 100 ppm chlorine. All food items protected from contamination. Dry storage products organized on shelves. No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection. Overall cleanliness and maintenance excellent. Copy of Chef's FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate posted - expires February 2024. Permit to Operate posted in front area by manager's office. No concerns noted at the time of inspection.
