Observation: a) Dishwashing machine in the Northwest kitchenette is not spraying water.
b) Frigidaire refrigerator in the Northwest kitchenette is struggling to maintain safe refrigeration temperature. Temperature is currently at 4-5 degrees Celsius with the temperature control dial set to the coldest setting possible.

Corrective Action(s): a) Discontinue use of the dishwasher in the Northwest kitchenette until it has been repaired.
b) Contact a repair technician to inspect and repair the unit to ensure safe food storage temps are maintained.

East Kitchen:
