Follow up to report MBEK-CSJSS3. Walk-in cooler serviced; temperature at 3 to 4 degrees C. Discussed daily temperature monitoring and procedures to be followed if cooler temperature not adequate. Temperature logs template sheets provided. Thermometer in place. Bleach water sanitizer available in labeled spray bottle at 200 ppm chlorine. Dry storage area satisfactory. Food is covered. Rodent droppings not observed. Information bulletin on Mice in Food Establishments provided (Punjabi/English). High temperature dishwasher measured 81 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse. FOODSAFE requirements met during inspection. Certificate valid to April 4, 2024.
