Inspection report: 262267 Construction has been completed as per approved floor plan. Low temp dishwasher - supplied with chlorine ( measured at 100ppm ) The following items need your attention: - chlorine test strips to be provided for daily monitoring of the low temp dishwasher - relocate the food prep area closer to the front, easy access to the hand wash station - record the temperature for all hot holding units - keep the daily log for iodine and provide the test kit
