Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. The dishwasher reached 71 C at the plate level. Ensure that it is turned on during the day. No evidence of pests. Pest control report was available for review. Dry storage room in use in the back. General sanitation was satisfactory.
