* Clean all debris and dust etc. from underneath all food storage shelves as well as from general merchandise shelving. * Ensure to store all food products and boxes etc. at least 6 inches off the floor to allow for easy cleaning and observation of pest evidence. * Do not stack any wooden pallets and used cardboard sheets against the wall to discourage rodent harborage. * Clean and remove all dust and debris from underneath the loading bay ramp. Ensure to clean underneath all storage shelves at least monthly to prevent accumulation of dust. Upright freezers below -18 C. Display freezes below -18 C. Display coolers maintained at 4 C or below. Walk-in cooler below 4 C. Walk-in freezer at -16 C. Cooler and freezer temperatures are monitored and recorded twice a day. No signs of pest found at the time of inspection.
