Observation: Found numerous pieces of equipment with dried on food debris:
- meat slicer
- cheese/ veggie slicer
- onion/ pepper cutter
Corrective Action(s): As discussed in numerous inspections, all food contact equipment MUST be cleaned immediately after prep is finished (or at least every 4hours) by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing.
Repeat violations of this nature may be ticketed
