A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Coolers 4C or colder; freezers -19C or colder; thermometer present. - General sanitation level is good. Ensure the inside of the microwave is cleaned more frequently, and the interior side of cupboard doors (coffee & food stains). - No expired food for sale. FIFO rules followed. - All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves/platforms. Foods stored separately or above non-foods (chemicals, cleaners, etc.). - All in order.
