Observation: Epoxy floor chipped up in approx 50% of floor area is all main areas. Leaving exposed concrete. All surfaces must be durable, easily cleanable, non-porous and non-absorbant. Floor will need to be resealed in main processing area, hallway to back area, freezer and two coolers

Change of ownership occurred Sept 2022. Application form filled out on site. Food Safety plan and sanitation plan received. Update plan to include thermometer calibration (how its done and how often) as well as itemized list of areas to be cleaned and frequency.
Dishwashing sign proved, please post at 3-comp sink. Also ensure all clean in place equipment follows the same cleaning procedures as those that are washed in the sinks
No test strips available for testing sanitizers. Obtain test strips for monitoring (date to be corrected by: Jan 13 2023)
