- Display cooler at 2'C
- Stand-up display freezer for ice at -19'C
- Display ice cream cooler at -20'C
- Stand up beverage coolers (x2) at 3'C
- No hot-holding on site

2. Sanitation:
- General sanitation of food store satisfactory
- 2-compartment sink available on site with household bleach
- Ice machine kept in sanitary condition
- No signs of pests during time of inspection

3. Storage:
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Storage area well-kept
- Canned foods observed for dents
- Dairy and other potentially hazardous foods within expiry dates
