Food storage shelves have been re-organized to allow for easier cleaning and pest monitoring. Some items have been removed. Licenced pest control is being consulted. Corrective Action(s): Continue to clean, monitor for pests, determine where pests may be entering and seal holes, and protect food from contamination. Provide a copy of your licensed pest control contract /report to Fraser Health. Violation Score: 15 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Cleaning has improved. Corrective Action(s): Continue to clean and sanitize all equipment and food contact surfaces/counters at the start of each shift, at end of shift, and throughout day if equipment/surfaces are in use. Clean up food and water spills daily. Follow a written, routine cleaning schedule.
