Observation: Improvements with pest control management noted. Some gaps under doors and along walls have been sealed. Food storage shelves have been re-organized to allow for easier cleaning and pest monitoring. Some items have been removed. Licenced pest control is being consulted.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to clean, monitor for pests, determine where pests may be entering and seal holes, and protect food from contamination. Provide a copy of your licensed pest control contract /report to Fraser Health.
