306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Food debris build-up and mouse droppings observed in the following locations: inside cabinets below condiment self serve station and below self serve butter dispenser, under all storage cabinets behind steel kick plates, and inside all popcorn popper units. Mouse droppings observed also in corners of hallways leading to back elevator, behind hallway doors, stairwell doors, in corners of small dry storage room and in corners of large janitorial room. Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces. Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning. Violation Score: 9
