Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two soiled damp cloths observed stored on clean insert by three-compartment sink.
Corrective Action(s): Cloths were removed from the insert and discarded and insert to be cleaned. Ensure that all damp in-use cloths are stored fully submerged in sanitizer solution to prevent cross contamination of food or food contact surfaces.

- No evidence of pests
- Handsinks adequately supplied with hot/cold water, soap, and paper towel
- Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius
- Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius
- QUAT sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm
- Three functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Back door closed during inspection
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Staff Personal items kept separate from kitchen equipment
- Raw items properly segregated
- Meat grinder added to facility and observed in excellent sanitary condition
- Meat slicer in good sanitary condition
- Cracked display cooler doors have been repaired
