Observation: Mouse droppings found in storage room with hot water tank and under prep table in main kitchen. Owner said that these were from a problem in the summer but the mice are no longer here.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all droppings and monitor for new activity. Due: Jan 31, 2020.
Call in a pest control company if needed if they come back.
