Comments

- Routine inspection is conducted and following were observed:
- Handsink in back and front area are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in, prep cooler at front are measured at less than 4C
- Chest freezer and upright storage freezer are measured at less than -18C
- Hot holding unit for rice, quinoa and cooked chicken is measured at greater than 60C
- Sanitizer solution in three compartment sink is measured at 200ppm quats concentration
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available in spray bottles, concentration is measured in the acceptable range for DDBSA/lactic acid
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- FOODSAFE level 1 is verified
- General sanitation is satisfactory

NOTE: Operator and staff at front were not wearing mask at the time of inspection. Information was provided about the current PHOs order and mask usage. Staff member at front wore proper mask during inspection
