-FS certificates are renewed (a couple staff audited)
-No cooking or re heating in kitchen
*Sanitizer measured > 200ppm bleach-provide chlorine test strips to check the concentration (1 oz in 1 gallon of water= 100 ppm)

*No change in operation; food is still brought in from commissary in North Vancouver- this arrangement was temporary a written approval from the area inspector is required for this site.
