Unscheduled follow up inspection to the routine conducted Nov 20,2018.

Comments
Arrived on site children and staff playing outdoors.
Written response rec'd as required, it is noted that while the 2nd staff has not obtained ECE Certification that she is not included in ratio and is working alongside the manager who is fully qualified. The manager was on site during the inspection.
Discussed solution to securing the outside gate by implementing a system that will ensure children's safety, the device as stated by the fire inspector should be easily removed and not consist of a combination lock or key.
