Hand wash stations provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Walk-in cooler was below 4 deg C. Production room was at 5-6 de C. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Staff hygiene - clean uniforms, aprons and hair nets Temperature log was available and up to date. Chicken rotisserie area - hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towel. Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. Hot holding for chicken was at 77 deg C. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit.
