Observation: Servicing the dishwasher. No sanitizer detected at the time of the inspection. Immerse dishes in a sink full of bleach solution (1/2 oz per gallon water), until then it is is fixed.
Monitor and service the freezer unit if necessary. Temperature was -1C but should be -18C

Change of ownership. Approval to operate subject to:
Keeping the back door closed at all times to keep out pests.
Label spray bottle of chemicals (eg. bleach sanitizer or detergent etc)
The kitchen is clean. Hand washing stations are satisfactory. Food inside the hot holding unit is hot. Rice stored inside the oven is hot (<60C)
Foodsafe certification equivalent is obtained (Safe Check). Ensure that in the absence of the manager, other food handlers are certified.
Health permit fee has been paid.
